Holland Farmer's Market

Wednesday morning I had an appt so I dropped K off to Jeff at his work to play for an hour. She had lots of fun and was sitting in Daddy's big chair at his desk when I picked her up. From there, we headed to the Holland Farmer's Market and oh what a beautiful place that is! That was my first time there. We met Ms. Kelly and her kids at the children's program going on there. The theme was vegetables and the kids got to paint using different veggies as "brushes". There were also some hula hoops and bubbles and sidewalk chalk for the kids. It was a neat event. We found some great blueberries to purchase on our way out and then we headed for a walk downtown. We grabbed a quick lunch at a sub shop and then headed home with some tired kids.

Wednesday night was Allendale's Back to School Event. There were tons of free giveaways, fire truck tours and a visit from Aeromed. Kaitlyn loved watching the helicopter take off.
