Popped!

There are so many things that seem so different with my second pregnancy compared to the first. When I was pregnant with Kaitlyn it seemed like my whole world revolved around being pregnant. Time ticked away ever so slowly and I had time to sit and read about each week in the pregancy and what to expect. Wow is it different this time; it seems like life is just going on and I have to remind myself that my pregnancy is already half over. Although I have had a chance to get the "What to expect when you are expecting" book out a few times in the last five months, my reading has each time been interrupted as Kaitlyn has become fond of paging through the book and looking at all of the pictures of the little babies in utero. But I wouldn't change sharing this experience with Kaitlyn for the world. My heart melts when she talks about her little sister and how she is going to help me. Whenever we go shopping these days, Kaitlyn has a blast paging through the clothes in the rack and trying to find something that will "fit my little sister".

Another big change with this pregnancy is how soon my baby belly popped out. I think I was close to 23 weeks along with Kaitlyn before the belly popped; this time, it was closer to 18 weeks.
