First Zoo Day of 2009

Last Saturday Jeff, Kaitlyn and I bundled up and headed to the zoo. It was a beautiful sunny day. The penguins and lions were very vocal so it made for an entertaining visit. I think it was actually feeding time and that is why there where hungry. Everytime we went into an indoor visit, Kaitlyn was overwhelmed by the smell. We rushed out of the Penguin exhibit with her screaming, "It smells like Penguin poop in here." Silly girl. We look forward to lots more visits to the outdoor exhibits as the zoo this year!
